- 3 Eggs
- 2/3 Cup Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cocoa
- 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla Or White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, brown sugar, sugar, & cocoa, mixing well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry & mix, mix, mix.
Once combined, add the chips & nuts!
Spread batter into a greased 9" square pan & bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Note: My family & I usually make these with just the chocolate chips & the pecans.. so there is definitely some flexibility as far as how rich you like your brownies! Or, you know, whatever you have on hand.. which is usually the case for us.
